Kushal Bharat Bagadia obtained his membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in February, 2014. Since membership itself he obtained Certificate of Practice as a Company Secretary and has since February, 2014 served the society and his clientele as a Company Secretary in Practice.

His major areas of practice includes dealing in corporate matters, secretarial matters, direct and indirect taxes.
